Partnership Marketing Delivers a Compound Return

We have written a lot of articles about expanding your Digital Reach, and the importance of managing multiple channels to enhance that.

We also touched on the Corridor of Opportunity that sometimes shows up once you begin your trek down a certain path. Companies with rigid policy and stogie culture rarely experience what we are referencing because they are afraid to experiment.

We Love Experiments

At the Urbane Lab, we try lot’s of different things, some of which work well, and lot’s that do not work. We use our own apartment portfolio and businesses as a testing ground. Earlier this spring, our staff writers at The Urbane Life were asked to cover Dining in the D, a TV Series on PBS that covers all things dining. We negotiated a Media Partnership, that has worked out well for both of us. This would have never happened if we weren’t open to trying new things.

That said, we are always cognizant of our core business of apartment development, ownership and management. So, with these experiments we always make sure that they are in alignment with our brand.

Align Yourself With Like Brands

Having the opportunity to interview and craft stories about over fifty chef’s and local restaurant owners gave us a edge that our competitors didn’t have. Apartment residents are right in their sweet spot, and are frequent diners, eating out often. The 2011 TV Series is now winding down, and was a huge success.

Coming full circle, we would not have been offered to be a Media Partner with Dining in the D unless we had a significant following and digital footprint, and; Yes, The Numbers Do Matter!

We would love to help your company or apartment community build a digital following!
