Apartment Marketing; Support Your Evangelists

March 9, 2010
By
Good Morning, We are trying something new in the Urbane Lab with our Apartment Marketing at Urbane Apartments this year, Sponsorships, a pursuit to fully embrace our Urbane Evangelists . We have the various sponsorship projects we have slated posted at the Urbane Lobby if you care to check them out or are interested in the details.
The sponsorship projects range from sending Three Dudes and a Chick on a road trip to SxSW (South by Southwest), arguably the hottest Social Media conference of the year, to a local Artist and Art Show, Hosting the Housing for a the speakers for FutureMidwest, SE Michigan’s largest two day Technology and Social Media Conference. We are also sending a gal to the #140 Conference in NYC, with an exclusive VIP Pass to hang out with Jeff Pulver.
What Is the Return
Well, that is a great question, I don’t know yet, but we are in hopes of producing more Word of Mouth Buzz, give folks something to talk about and further align our Urbane Brand with our target demographic and their friends. It also allows us an interesting introduction to other Brands and Partnership Marketing opportunities.
At the end of the day, here is the Apartment Marketing Payoff;
