Urbane Apartments is a small boutique apartment management company, yet we show up NUMBER ONE, PAGE ONE ON GOOGLE SEARCH, Organically! The most used search for apartments in Royal Oak MI is “apartments royal oak” It will bring up 739,000 results, but up pops UrbaneApts.com, number one, page one consistently. While we have fifteen communities in and around Royal Oak MI, we only have a total of 330 units! Are we SEO experts, far from it, but we do pay pretty close attention to how we market our product, and the significant reach the web can have. And, did I mention we do not participate in ANY paid advertising, that’s right, none, zero.
WHERE ARE YOU
Every apartment community is a brand, regardless of what you think. Why not tap into your regional strengths? You could crush your competitors just by showing up differently, AS ONE. Try this, Google your apartment name and see what comes up. Want to see how well your marketing and PR efforts fare, go to searchme.com and enter your company name or community name. You no longer need to listen to what your marketing agency or consultant is telling you, look for yourself, if you like the results, great, your program is working. If not, there is a better way.

The phrase The Long Tail was first coined by Chris Anderson in an October 2004 Wired magazine article[1] to describe the niche strategy of businesses, such as Amazon.com or Netflix, that sell a large number of unique items, each in relatively small quantities. The theory spills over to many other attributes as well.
The term What Happens in Vegas, Stays on Google forever has never been truer. Every blog post, every on line article, facebook and my space articles and postings begin to create YOUR LONG TAIL. Heres the catch, You Can Not Buy a Long Tail, Long Tails are created, over time. Are You Planning Accordingly?
