In our efforts to build a sense of community and a great resident experience in real life, we’ve managed to build a successful online community we call the Urbane Lobby. As Marketing Guy Jay Ehret says, “this community is not about friend requests, it’s about enhancing the customer experience.”

Jay and I got together on his podcast, Power to the Small Business, to talk about how the Lobby has become an integral part of our brand and the resident experience. Go here to listen to the podcast, or just click the button below.
